Opening a document containing Shockwave Flash object causes error or crash

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been fixed in Notes
6.5.5 and 7.0.1.

Embedded Applications
SPR# KUMA4T3QPR - LSE Failure opening a memo with a Shockwave Flash Object.
With this fix, the code will not try to initialize the object if the $FILE info
is not there.

Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
