SPR# KUMA4T3QPR - LSE Failure opening a memo with a Shockwave Flash Object. With this fix, the code will not try to initialize the object if the $FILE info is not there.

6.5.5 and 7.0.1.

SPR# KUMA4T3QPR - LSE Failure opening a memo with a Shockwave Flash Object.
