Did you know that you can view conversations per mail message within mail messages? It will appear as a view in the top of your current mail message that you are reading.
How To Turn It On
In your mail message in read mode, you can display the conversation two ways.
1. From the menu bar choose Actions, Display, Conversation, or
2. On the action bar at the top of the message, choose Display, Conversation
A check mark will be placed next to Conversation.
How To Turn It Off
In your mail message, in read mode, just repeat the steps you did to view the conversation.
1. From the menu bar choose Actions, Display, Conversation, or
2. On the action bar at the top of the message, choose Display, Conversation
A check mark will no longer be placed next to Conversation.
What Happens When I Only Have One Message
You are still able to toggle Display Conversation on and off, but only one message, the message that you are viewing will display. You can also click on the message in the view but since the message is already opened, you are in it and reading it, then another tab will not open with the same mail message that you are reading.
What Happens When I Double Click On A Message In That View In The Top of The Message
A new tab will open with that message in it and Display Conversation will appear as a view at the top of that newly opened mail message.
What Happens To The Original Mail Message That I Started With Before I Am Taken To The Message That I Clicked On
The original mail message remains opened. You will need to navigate back to it.
Can I Delete Messages In The View at The Top of My Message
Yes. You can select a message or messages in the view at the top of the current mail message you are reading and delete them.
What Happens If I Close The Message I'm Reading And Leave Display Conversations Enabled
When you open another mail message it will also display the Conversation at the top of that mail message.
