When you cut and paste things in emails, calendar entries, or other Notes documents, you can paste them in a different format than their original.
- Click where you want to place the data, then click Edit > Paste Special.
- In the As field, select the format (choices will vary).
You can cut and paste the following:
- Plain or rich text
- Graphics and graphics files
- Tables
- OLE objects
- Combinations of data types
- Metafiles (Macintosh users, PICT files)
- Information from a Web page (pasted as HTML)
