"No Document Can Be Found To Send" Using @MailSend in Navigator Hotspot Button

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering, and was addressed in
Notes 5.0.3 Client and Domino 5.0.3 Designer.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Release 5.0.3 QMR fix list:

@functions
SPR# FBEE4ESVCA - Fix @MailSend to work when there is no current document and
parameters are supplied, which is how the function worked in R4.6.x. [5.0.3]

Steps To Reproduce Problem:

1. In a blank database, create a new navigator.
2. Select Create, Hotspot, Button.
3. Click Formula and insert some @MailSend code.
4. Set the Navigator to open on launch.
5. Save and exit the navigator.
6. Open the database.
7. Click the button. The "No Document is Selected or Available To Send" error
message appears with the yellow triangle and exclamation point in the dialog
box.
