in Notes/Domino MR releases 7.0.1 and 6.5.5.

SPR# MSAN4SFRE7 - Notes was crashing with message, "CodeLock/CodeUnlock PANIC:
semaphore invalid or not allocated". This regression was introduced in 6.0.
