Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino release 5.0.1.

Server
SPR# BAKH465QNL - Stop a crash that occasionally happens when the server is
shut down, depending on the order of the shutdown events. The crash would
report "PANIC: LookupHandle: handle not allocated" on the server console.
