If you have more than one signature, you can set one as your default, and import alternate signatures when you want to use them. For example, you may have a different signature for internal and external correspondences; you could set your internal signature as your default, and then import your external signature for certain messages.
- For the signature you use most frequently, follow the steps for Adding a signature.
- Save any other signature files to your computer. It must be a TXT, HTML, JPEG, bitmap, or GIF file. You might want to store it in your Notes Data folder for convenience.
- When you want to use a different signature, create a new email, and then click More > Insert Signature.
- Select Import from File (Text/HTML/Image), select a file type, select the file, and then click Open.
- Click OK.
