You can add a hotspot to a graphic or a section of a graphic in emails, calendar entries, and other Notes documents.
A hotspot links to a web site or other location, displays a text pop-up (like this), or performs an action.
To add a hotspot to a grpahic, follow these steps:
- Click the graphic, and then click Picture > Add Hotspot or Add Default Hotspot.
- Using your cursor, draw the hotspot over the graphic.
