To help meet the needs of the mobile user, the IBM Collaboration Solutions (ICS) Information Development and User Experience Teams have begun a concerted effort to investigate the best ways of providing an optimum mobile user experience in the following areas:

• A well thought out mobile application user interface design that allows for maximum ease of use
• An efficient and easy information/help delivery system that gives additional assistance to users if they still need it to continue using their mobile application

We want to hear your ideas on how you would like to see information delivered in a mobile business experience. This can include wiki information, getting started info, podcasts, product doc, videos, etc. - we need your input in helping us plan how to best get information to you.
