Security fix
SPR# JPAI5XSQ58 - Fixed a looping problem with the Certificate Authority. Prior to this fix, the user was successfully registered and the AdminP database displayed approval for the registration Authority, but the process would stop there. This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5 and 6.5.3.
