SPR# ADC6TETBA - Changes made to startfix which do the following.
A. Put in a fix for the memory allocation crashes. B. Clean up error handling in iCal code. C. Write iCalendar to memory so that an NSD will contain that information with ini parameter MEMCHECK_OUTPUT_ICAL=1.
