Security fix
SPR# CBMO6RMS86 - Crash on Solaris when the Domino Installation was run with one language setting, but the Setup was run with a different language setting. With this fix, the Setup UI correctly detects this type of issue and reports it to the user: "No Domino string resources were found. This may indicate an installation problem. Check that the LANG environment variable has the same value it did when Domino was installed".
