Security fix

SPR# DDUE6KVCSZ - Fixed a client hang which only occurs when the LDAP server has been shutdown and restarted. Symptoms of this problem are that the nlnotes process on the client spikes to 100%, attempting to open a chat session shows the message "Initiating chat: Resolving User Name", etc.
