This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# RHAN5M3QCJ, and is fixed
in Notes 6.5.5 Client and Notes 7.0.1 Client.

SPR# RHAN5M3QCJ - Printed page is outside of the margin when selecting to print
calendar to 3x5 index cards - Avery 5388. This regression was introduced in 6.0.
There is no workaround at this time; setting the margin has no effect on the
issue.

A cumulative client hotfix (CCH) is available for Notes Client 6.5.4 that fixes
the issue reported in SPR# RHAN5M3QCJ. Since hotfixes do not receive the
extensive testing that maintenance releases and fix packs do, customers are
encouraged to implement workarounds or deploy a release containing the fix.
However, if workarounds are not possible or applicable and you still need a
fix, contact IBM Technical Support to request the CCH containing the fix for
