Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Notes 5.0.7.

SPR# CDCO4K7PGS - Fixed a Web Server problem causing action hide-when formulas
to be evaluated even if the formula was unchecked. Prior to this fix, an action
button would not display (from a web browser) when a hide when formula was
@True and unchecked.
As a workaround for version prior to 5.0.7, either remove the @True formula
when the "Hide When Formula is True" option is disabled, or change the formula
to @False when the "Hide When Formula is True" option is disabled.Supporting Information:
