been fixed in Notes 6.5.6.

SPR# GPKS6NHDSQ - In a PostOpen event of the database script of bookmark.nsf,
if a window is opened (in addition to the welcome page which is already open),
then this window, like the welcome page, cannot be closed without closing the
Notes client. This has been changed so that only the welcome page is not
closable. This regression was introduced in 6.5.5.
