Notes 6.x Client Crashes when Started and then Exited Immediately

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Notes 6.0.4/6.5.2. The condition causing the crash will instead
report the following error to the log:

"AMgr: Unable to initialize; terminating: Insufficient memory."

SPR# TDON5SMLCZ - Fixed a client crash upon repeated restarts, when locally
scheduled agents are enabled.

Supporting Information:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable local scheduled agents: Select File > Preferences > User
Preferences..." and check the "Enable scheduled local agents" box on the Basics
tab.
2. Click OK and then exit out of Notes.
3. Launch the Notes client, wait a minute, and then exit (this may need to
repeated a number of times before the crash occurs).
