Problem:
It appears as there is a problem with how the horizontal line is being rendered
in Domino Web Access (DWA) via an IE browser. The problem does not occur when
the same message is open using Netscape, Mozilla, or Firefox.
The workaround to this problem is to either remove the horizontal line or to
add a blank line before the horizontal line.
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering, and is fixed in Domino Web
Access 7.0.2 and 6.5.6.

contained inconsistent tags. With this fix, the body of the message will be
reopened in iframe.
