Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering via SPRs
#WVHM5QMLDU and #WVHM5LFCL4. SPR #WVHM5LFCL4 has been addressed in LEI 6.0.3
and 6.5.

SPR# WVHM5LFCL4 - If a subform is in a table on a form, LEI is now able to
resolve the Fieldlist from the Subform.
SPR #WVHM5QMLDU has been addressed in LEI 6.5.1.

SPR# WVHM5QMLDU - LEI/DECS does not recognize fields on a subform included on
another subform. This problem has been fixed in 6.5.1.
As a workaround, create a form that contains all the fields, including the
