fixed in 7.0.2.

SPR# BRON6EHLD8 - When delegate sends Ical, the invitee gets a Delivery failure
on reply. Notes to Notes may send through MIME header principal information in
canonical format that is not valid for a target system.
To avoid the issue in 6.5, do one of the following:
Do not use a delegate when sending an invitation to an Internet address.
Send the invitation over SMTP. More >
