This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Notes 5.0.2a.

+SPR# GPFM4DBNHL - Fix a problem introduced in R5.0.2 with the Reply to All
actions in the mailfile adding the sender to both the To: and cc: fields.
This will happen with some messages received via the Internet. It does not
happen on every message, but those on which it does will exhibit the behavior
