Problem:
You have to refresh the page to see the message marked as read.
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Domino
Web Access 6.5.3.

Mail
SPR# JFEG5WA5J7 - Entries in To field lost after saving draft mail document in
the Notes Client. This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5 and 6.5.3.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. In Domino Web Access create an email and send it to yourself.
2. Note the new mail in your Inbox has a red color.
3. Open the email.
4. Close the email.
5. Note the mail is still shown in the color red.
