Problem:
This crash is due to a variable constraint. The issue was reported to Quality
Engineering as SPR #CBRN6H4SHW and has been fixed in Domino 7.0.2.

SPR# CBRN6H4SHW - When using the Notes.ini parameter "TRANSLOG_MaxSize=65536",
a crash occured in NSD -nserver.exe on server startup.
