Problem:
If you print the document when it is open, the Window Title for the document
prints correctly.
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering, and was addressed in
Notes 5.0.6 Client.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Release 5.0.6 QMR fix list:
Client
SPR# RBAR49LR6U - The document title will be used in the &W field for the
header and/or footer during printing. Prior to this fix the view name was
incorrectly used. This regression was introduced in 5.0.
