Many AdminP batch requests can hang the Domino server

Technote Number: 1229982

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR#EDOE6D5NER and has been
fixed in release 6.5.5.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.5 MR fix list (available at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):
Administration
SPR# EDOE6D5NER - Administration process can spike CPU when a large number of
"batched" requests require processing on a system in which memory resource is
constrained. Other symptoms of this problem would be that some Administration
requests would appear never to complete. Again this will occur on systems with
limited memory available at the time of request processing.

Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.

To work around the problem, issue fewer requests to reduce the number of AdminP
requests per batch.
