Problem:
The problem is that the "use statement" for the script library used in the
helper agent "ToggleOutOfOffice" has the wrong translation.
Instead of:
'Use "wScheduledAgentHelper_de"
...it should be:
Use "wScheduledAgentHelper_de-DE"
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and was addressed in Domino Web
Access (DWA) releases 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

SPR# GFLY5Z4HQW - When enabling Out of Office over the internet, Domino
returned the following error message in the server log "Agent
'ToggleOutOfOffice' error: Error loading USE or USELSX module...". This problem
has been fixed in 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.
Note: This issue also occurs with the Spanish iNotes Out of Office agent in
release 6.0.3. The agent "ToggleOutOfOffice" calls a script library called
"wScheduledAgentHelper"; however, the actual script library in the template is
called "wScheduledAgentHelper_es-MX". This issue is fixed in DWA 6.5.2, where
the "use statement" for the script library used in the helper agent
"ToggleOutOfOffice" was corrected to be "wScheduledAgentHelper_es-MX". More >
