Problem:
On the Domino server, this will look like low level memory allocation failing,
then the crash will occur.
The issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #ASCR6LVBZ6 and has been
fixed in Domino release 7.0.2, Domino 6.5.5 Fix Pack 2 (FP2) and Domino 6.5.6.

SPR# ASCR6LVBZ6 - Prevent a crash caused by a corrupted entry in an internal
table under low memory conditions.

If you are running release 6.5.5 FP2, 6.5.6 or 7.0.2 and are experiencing what
looks to be this crash, please report the crash to IBM Support. A crash with a
similar stack has been seen in release 7.0.2.
Please note, previous hotfixes were made available for this crash and were
later determined to be ineffective fixes. If you obtained a fix for this crash
prior to August 8, 2006, you must obtain a new test fix by contacting IBM
Support, or upgrade to Domino release 7.0.2 or release 6.5.6. More >
