SPR# CSMH5EQKGD - Fixed an issue in which dragging a non-Notes bookmark from an
Internet Links folder to Favorites was placing a duplicate icon on the toolbar.
Workaround:
Remove the incorrectly created icon from the Bookmark bar by right-clicking it
and selecting Remove Folder.
