Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# GFLY5LXK82. You can work
around the issue by setting the notes.ini parameter, DisableUniscribe=1, in the
Notes client.
Supporting Information
The notes.ini parameter, DisableUniscribe, is undocumented. It is sometimes
suggested as a workaround for unexpected issues which occur with double-byte
character sets or character sets with accented characters. When the parameter
