Problem:
This issue is caused by the ActiveX control for Domino Web Access. It has been
addressed in Domino Web Access releases 6.0.2 CF2, 6.0.3, 6.5, and 6.5.6.

SPR# HNAA5NTAEK - Attachments on a new mail message cause the error "unable to
upload file error", when the user opens and closes the attachment .This problem
has been fixed in 6.0.3 and 6.0.2 CF2.

Attachments
SPR# DHAR5ZZRXX - Fixed a problem where an attachment failed to upload. This
problem occurred if the attached file was opened once from the attachment area
before sending a mail.
Possible Workarounds:
1. Do not open the attachment before sending the message.
2. Disable the ActiveX upload control in your Microsoft® Internet Explorer
(IE) browser.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Using a mail file with design of iNotes5.ntf, create a message and address
it to yourself.
2. Add an attachment.
3. Open the attachment from the message.
4. Close the attachment.
5. Attempt to send the message. The error, "Error: Unable to upload file"
occurs and it points to the temp directory.
