Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been fixed in Notes
6.5.6 and 7.0.2.

Printing
SPR# MLAT6H63B2 - Fixed a problem in page break with a paragraph that has more
than one line before and after spacing. For this fix to work, the Notes.ini
variable "PrinterPixelPreview=1" must be used. This regression was introduced
in 6.5.5.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
Workaround
The File - Print Preview command can be used in place of View - Show - Page
Break, as this function will display page breaks correctly in Notes 6.5.5 and
