Notes Documents Launched from a Link Within Microsoft Applications Display Unexpected Menu Options for Links and Attachments

Technote Number: 1161111

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# TGBM5TTD2L and has been
fixed in Notes 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.0.5 / 6.5.4 MR fix list
(available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):
Editor
SPR# TGBM5TTD2L - Attachment properties are now correctly displayed in the
infobox.

The issue is related to the release of Notes that is currently installed, not
which release is being used when the link was created within Microsoft Word.

A related issue, in which documents launched in this fashion cannot be placed
into Edit mode, is discussed in the document titled "Unable to Edit Document
Launched from a Doclink in a Microsoft Application" (# 1173521).
