Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been fixed in
Domino release 5.0.5 and Domino 6.

SPR# DMKA4MSH2F - Fixed intermittent regression problem introduced in R5.04
where users who are members of a nested group are not being authorized to
access databases when that nested group is used in database ACLs or server
access lists.
Server
SPR# MSAN4MSTSS, DMKA4MSH2F - Fixed a problem where users whose names appeared
in nested groups were periodically denied access if those groups were listed in
server access lists. This is a regression from R5.0.4.Supporting Information:
This was a regression issue introduced in Release 5.0.4.
