Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #MMAI6G8JNL and has been
fixed in release 7.0.1. Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on
upgrading Notes/Domino.

SPR# MMAI6G8JNL - This fix prevents a crash in AdminP as a result of a bad
common name.
Workaround:
Enable DEBUG_ADMINP_REQUEST_PROCESSING=1 in the notes.ini to identify the
