This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed Notes/Domino 5.0.7 and Notes/Domino 6.0.

Mail Client - Address - Type Ahead
SPR# ASHW4QAN66 - Provided a fix for a problem in NameLookup that causes v4.5x
MAC clients to crash. This regression was introduced in 5.0.5.Supporting Information:
Workarounds:
*Avoid upgrading servers to the above-mentioned Domino releases that may have
Macintosh client mail files on them. Note that groups listed in the Public NAB
do not cause this crash.
*Move Macintosh client mail files to another server running an earlier release.
*Downgrade the server to an earlier release.
