Marking Holidays as "Busy" Does not Set Free Time as Busy in Calendar

Technote Number: 1160887

Problem:
The problem occurs because the Holiday documents contain the $BusyPriority and
BookFreeTime fields. When a Holiday document contains a $BusyPriority field
with a value of 2 and a BookFreeTime field with a value of 1, this is the
equivalent of a "penciled in" Appointment or Meeting Invitation. Penciled in
Calendar entries are not marked in the Calendar as busy time.

This issue has been addressed in Notes/Domino releases 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.0.4 and 6.5.2 MR fix lists
(available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/):

Calendaring & Scheduling
SPR# SGOY5BHS4Z - Fixed a problem where busytime was not booked for
anniversaries/holidays. This regression was introduced in 6.0.3.

Steps To Reproduce Behavior:
1. Open the Domino Directory on your Domino server and switch to the Server \
Holidays view.
2. Create a new holiday in a test group. Mark the time as busy.
3. In a mail file as UserA, switch to the Calendar view.
4. Import the test group holidays into your mail file. Verify that the busy
holiday is present.
5. As UserB, create a meeting invitation to take place on the same day as the
busy holiday, and invite UserA. Check UserA's time in the free time Scheduler.

Problem: The time for the busy holiday is not marked busy time. It appears as
though UserA is available.
