Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# RRYN5PJNT4, and was
fixed in Notes 7.0.2 and 6.5.6.

Printing
SPR# RRYN5PJNT4 - Printing checkboxes will now behave similarly to printing
radio buttons with all choices displaying. This regression was introduced in
6.0. Prior to this fix, only the selected choice of a checkbox was printed
when the field was rendered to the RTF of a new document.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Create a Checkbox field in a form titled "Checkbox".
2. On the second tab for the field enter some choices such as A, B, C, D
separated by a new line.
3. Create a Document using the "Checkbox" form.
4. Select "A".
5. From the menu select Action -> Forward
6. From the menu select File -> Print Preview.
Result: Only A is printed out, the options B,C, and D are not printed
although they do appear when viewing the forwarded document from the Notes
client. They do print from a Notes 5.x client.
Workaround:
For this particular issue the customer's infrastructure relies on rendering
documents to rich text for mailing. So, the suggestion was to use Stored Form
or when mailing the document send the document using the from it is created
with and then place this form in everyone's mail file. More >
