"Can't Change Document's UNID" or "Error Opening Note..." Running "Load Convert" on Database Using Single Copy Template

Problem:
Opening the database in the Designer client revealed that not all design
elements were replaced as indicated by their datestamp.

This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# MROE5P3L9M and has been
addressed in Notes 6.0.3 and 6.5.

Design
SPR# MROE5P3L9M - Fix to a code path that errored out replacing a design with
one from an single copy template.

There was no problem registering a new user with a template designated as a
Single Copy Template or converting an existing Domino 6 mail design (StdR6Mail
in this case) to a Single Copy Template.

Supporting Information:
A similar issue occurs when the source template used in the convert process is
also using SCT. For more information, refer to the document titled "The
Convert Task Is Not Replacing the Design Elements when Single Copy Template
(SCT) Is Enabled in Template" (#1112876).
