Recovery ID Information Not Being Automatically Sent To Mail in Database

Technote Number: 1102555


Problem:
This will occur if the Administrator's User Preferences points to a Mobile
Directory Catalog in the 'Local Address Books' section of 'Mail and News'.
Remove the Directory Catalog and it will send the recovery id, as expected.Supporting Information:

This issue has been reported to Lotus Quality Engineering.
