Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #LDEY6EJNYC. The
error occurs because the child IDtable becomes full. This issue has been fixed
in Domino release 6.5.5 and 7.0.1.

SPR# LDEY6EJNYC - Fixed a problem where fixup does not complete because the
child IDtable became full.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
To work around this issue, create a new replica of the database in question.
Note: You must have stx9=1 in the notes.ini to see the error message. If you
do a show database <dbname> before and after the fixup you will notice that
documents are now "lost."

Fixup -v prevents Fixup from running on views. This option reduces the time
