Archive
SPR# JRAN6BG36W - The archive database is no longer created locally if using
server-based archiving. This regression was introduced in 6.5.4.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
When using Notes 6.5.4, you can avoid creating the local archive by creating
the archive database before archiving.
