Editor - Sending & Saving MIME - HTML
SPR# JCHN4WTS2K - This fix allows a client to open a message stored in MIME
format with a stylesheet over 64k rather than returning the error 'Out of
memory parsing HTML'. This regression was introduced in 5.0.4
