This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #RHAN62MMPL and has been
fixed in release 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

SPR# RHAN62MMPL - Archiving a document that was previously archived, no longer
removes the body in the archived document, when using 'reduce the size..'
option.
Currently the only workaround is to avoid archiving documents that have the
