fixed in Notes 6.5.5.

SPR# DDES69DT2H - Fixed a client crash which occurred when navigating through
unread messages.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
Workarounds:
1. Disable the Show Preview option (View -> Document Preview -> Show Preview).
