fixed in Domino releases 7.0 and 6.5.5.

SPR# NSUA4FQPTN - Resolved a crash that occurred when using the Domino
Administration client to create an SSL key ring in the Certificate
Administration database (certsrv.nsf).
Currently, the suggested workaround is to use the Notes client instead of the
