Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.8.

Domino Offline Services
SPR# MNOI4V8JAL - Set the default ACL in DOLRES.NTF to Reader and
LocalDomainServers to Manager.
To work around the issue in earlier releases, change the ACL of this template
to match the standard template ACL, as follows:
Add LocalDomainServers and [LocalDomainServers] as Manager.
Change -Default- to Reader.
Add Anonymous and [Anonymous] as No Access.
