Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino 6.0.3 and Domino 6.5.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.0.3 MR fix list (available at

Migration
SPR# MMOI5FD6N5 - Fixed a memory initialization issue that could cause the
Admin client to crash during Exchange user migration.


As a workaround in previous releases, use a Domino Administrator R5 client and
its Domino Upgrade Services to perform the migration from Microsoft Exchange to
the Domino 6 server. Also, in one particular case, the client crash did not
occur if the Domino server was not running.
