Problem:
This issue occurs when an archive database destination is not specified in the
archive profile. The issue was reported to Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Notes 6.0.5 and 6.5.3.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.3 MR fix list (available at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):
Archive
SPR# PALT5LGSF2 - Fixed the archive error: "There are no Archive Policies set
up for this mailfile".
The error message was modified in Notes 6.0.5 and 6.5.3 to say the following:
"In order to archive selected documents you must have at least one archive
setting enabled that specifies an archive database destination. To change your
archive settings use the Actions->Archive->Settings menu item." More >
