Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.5.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Release 5.0.5 QMR fix list:
Mail Server - Router - SMTP
SPR# VAZ4FVHUX - Fixed a problem so that the router no longer sends SMTP
messages with empty BCC headers. The previous behavior was compliant with
RFC821 but could cause some mail relays problems. This is a regression from
